Cranberry Tuna Salad Pinwheels

  • 1 5oz can Wild Planet Foods Skipjack tuna, drained & mashed
  • ½ honeycrisp apple, cored & diced
  • ½ celery stalk, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise (plus extra for the wrap)
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp leftover cranberry sauce
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 flour tortilla or wrap


  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, chopped apple, celery, onion, mayo, and lemon juice together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread a small spoonful of mayo over the tortilla, then spread cranberry sauce over half the mayo layer.
  3. Place a line of spinach in the center of the tortilla, then spread tuna salad over the top.
  4. Roll up the tortilla tightly, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  5. When ready, cut the wrap into 1-inch slices and serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side.
