- Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 10 minutes. Release remaining pressure. Remove ribs to large bowl. Skim fat from top of cooking liquid. Press BROWN/SAUTÉ; cook liquid and remaining 1 cup barbecue sauce, uncovered, on HIGH 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened. Serve sauce with ribs.
