Stir Fry Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

If you just finish your daily work and want to cook 15 minutes dish. Then this is your menu. It is healthy and easy to cook. Preparation is quite simple, you just need a skill on how to cut vegetables and doing a simple stir-fry. That is what you need to do.

Serves: 2 -3 people
Prepartion: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
  • 200 - 300 grams of broccoli.
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
  • 2 cloves garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • 100ml of water.
Method of Cooking

Preparation:

  • Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces.
  • Chop the garlic into small pieces (mince size).

Cooking steps:

  • Heat the oil and fry the minced garlic. 
  • Once fragrant add the broccoli and the oyster sauce.
  • Stir-fry for 1 minute and add the water.
  • Once the broccoli has softened a bit. You can put the dish on a plate. 

 

Note

If you like softer broccoli. You can cook the broccoli in boiled water for about 1 minute. I do not add any salt in here, as the oyster sauce has already salty. If you want, feel free to sprinkle some salt.
