Matcha was originated in Kyoto, Japan and has established its existence in the culinary world. For you who don't know what Matcha is, it is basically finely grounded green tea leaves powder. Matcha powder is bitter and normally is dissolved in water or milk for consuming.

Most people (except Indonesian) have not really tried Indonesian food. They will ask, "is it similar to Malaysian Food?". Well, we do have some dishes that are similar, for example, satay, rendang, etc. However, tastewise is different. Indonesian food is known for its spiciness, depending on which province or location.
