Well for people that never cook rice in a rice cooker before you may want to follow the following tips. Do not worry. It is pretty simple and not hard at all. The first thing you have to do is to decide how many people want to eat rice. A cup of full rice usually can feed for two people. So if you have 4 or 6 people you may want to cook 2 to 3 cup of rice.

The easy way to clean your barbeque grill is when the plate grill is still hot. Use the scrub and a metal scrapper to scrub the leftover black buildup on the grill. Once the scrub is done, remove the grate and place it in a hot soapy hot water. Leave it for about 20 minutes and then clean up the remaining buildup.

Persian cuisine is very rich but there is one ingredient that is essential to this cuisine: rice . Indeed, Persians cannot conceive serving their kebabs and stews with something other than rice. This rice called polo is available in several versions such as sabzi polo (with herbs), albaloo polo (with sour cherries), baghali polo (with fava beans and dill) or my favorite rice, zereshk polo (with sour berries from the berberis vulgaris) to name only a few variations. I will probably devote a future post on the Persian rice…

Most people (except Indonesian) have not really tried Indonesian food. They will ask, "is it similar to Malaysian Food?". Well, we do have some dishes that are similar, for example, satay, rendang, etc. However, tastewise is different. Indonesian food is known for its spiciness, depending on which province or location.
